  5. Amb Surg assign patient arrival time on O.R. schedule.
  6. O.R. schedule with arrival time delivered to Admitting by 5:30pm. 
  7. Patient calls Admitting between 6-8:00pm.
  8. Did patient call for arrival time?
  9.       (Yes) Patient arrival time given.
  10.       (No)  Admitting calls patient before 11:00pm.
  11.       Did Admitting reach patient?
  12.             (Yes) Patient arrival time given.
  13.             (No) After 11pm Admitting notifies Nursing Unit & O.R. via OC message - Unable to reach patient .
  14.             A.M -- Nursing Unit notifies patient according to dept procedure.
